Unfortunately, the store bought basil I used didn't look as nice. It was a bit of a challenge to wrap it all the way around the tomato and mozzarella. So I had to change the look a bit.

Overall it was a big hit! Everyone thought it was a cute/creative way to serve tomato, basil, and mozzarella. I would definitely serve this again!
Thank you so much for the mention and attribution. I really appreciate it. Don't you just love these? I started growing my "winter basil" in my Aerogarden so I can serve these throughout the winter.
