I like the idea of just giving one thing up every
month and building off that. This way you can slowly start making healthier choices, instead of
trying to crash diet and give everything up all at once.
I wanted to create a plan that makes the most sense for me. For
instance, both pins had alcohol as one of the items to give up. I rarely drink
so giving up alcohol would barely help in my weight loss journey. Here’s what I came
up with:
Unfortunately, I didn't see these pins at the beginning of the month so I've only been doing the challenge for about 2 ½ weeks. But, so far, so good! I used to stop for fast food once or twice a week (I know, so gross) but I haven’t since I started. I think the last two months will be a real test of my will power but I’m up for the challenge!
I’ll check in every month with updates on how I’m doing.
