Remember that tailgate I mentioned a few weeks ago? Well in addition to bringing the chocolate chip cookie dough truffles, I also brought brownie covered Oreos. This tasty treat was originally pinned from picky-palate (one of our favorite sites!). Grace even made Jenny’s Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies last week.

Dip your Oreos in the batter and place in a greased cupcake pan. I used double stuffed Oreos. Why not make it more fattening, right?
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Then once you take these bad boys out of the oven, run a plastic knife around the edges of each cookie/brownie. It will save you from a headache later.
Allow them to cool. Then enjoy! As simple as that!
The Verdict: Another great recipe found on pinterest! These were super simple. If you use a box mix for the brownies, it’s thirty minutes from start to clean up. This would probably be a fun recipe to do with your kids- especially the dipping part.
Things to Note/Consider: I’ll be honest, there’s nothing to really add or change about this recipe. The only thing I changed, was omitting the drizzle of white chocolate on top. I was just pressed for time and didn't have a chance but they tasted fine without!
When I brought these to the tailgate, everyone seemed to really enjoy them. A stranger who was hanging out nearby even asked to try one and wanted to know the recipe!
I will definitely be making these again!
